So Happy For You

Moxie Fab World blog has a new weekly challenge called "Tuesday Trigger" that looked like a lot of fun. The picture above is the inspiration for the challenge. This was truly a challenge for me because I seldom use yellow, and I don't think I've ever combined yellow, green and orange. I have to say, though, I did enjoy these colors after working with them.
This is the card I came up with. I was in a layered cardstock flower mood (I could blame that on the Just Us Girls Blog). If you'd like some tips on making these darling flowers, scroll down to the next post. The diagonal striped piece is just some scrap papers from my stash that I sewed together. These colors feel so happy that I couldn't resist using Verve Stamps "So Happy" for the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by today and taking a look!
