Here's the tweeked version of this Celebrate card. I am much happier with it. I handstitched with embroidery floss (3 strands) so it would stand out more. I layered the oval scallop with desert sand base and colonial white inside, and then added a ribbon behind the whole thing. I also used a smaller polka dot for the background. What do you think?
