More great challenges I participated in today!! First off, I incorporated Dawn McVey's Rasberry Suite Color Challenge - aren't these colors gorgeous together? Loved working with them! I also made the flower for the Just Us Girls 3-D Challenge this week. The challenge was to make a 3-D Flower on a project.
Now, the trick to making these layered cardstock flowers is to spritz each layer with water before wrinkling. It allows you to shape them into a sort of "cup" while drying. Once they're dry, the cardstock is much stiffer. I also added some Desert Sand ink to give it a more vintage look.Supplies:
